1. How does this work?
Your order is placed for your customized book of your choice (A Baby Story, A Wedding Story, or a keepsake book). Payment is made via secure internet connection. You will then be asked to complete the template for the book you have purchased (if keepsake book an email will be sent with further instructions). Once we have received your complete template, we will request you email us your digital photos. Once we have your photos we will begin our book making process.
2. Is there any form of guarantee?
We pride ourselves in a very unique product. Part of the uniqueness is the personalization of the book. Please be sure to double check all entrees for correct spelling of names. We will correct any grammar errors we may find. If you are not satisfied with your book, please contact us right away so we may remedy any error we may have made.
3. What if I don’t have all the information asked for in the template?
For the utmost in customization we request all fields be completed, however, if some information is missing we can add more pictures for these pages. We will contact you for finalization prior to beginning the process of creating your book.
4. When will my payment be processed?
Since payments are processed via the internet, the charge may appear within 1-2 days.
5. When will my product arrive? Please allow 3-4 weeks for completed product to arrive once all pictures and completed template has been received.
6. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped to Nebraska have to pay the appropriate Nebraska sales tax.
7. How many pages are in the books? The books average 32 pages. There are 16 pages of text and 16 pages of pictures. 8. When will my product arrive?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for completed product to arrive once all pictures and completed template has been received.
